About this Project
New construction of a 55,000 square foot school out in Rio Rancho, NM. The project consists of a metal deck, 5″ Polyiso insulation, a 1/2″ high-density securedhield coverboard and Carlisle’s 80 Mil TPO utilizing the RhinoBond system. The RhinoBond system uses TPO coated plates that are installed over the coverboard to hold the coverboard and insulation in place. Once installed the TPO membrane is then laid over the plates and welded to the plates from the top side of the membrane. This system qualified for a 20-year warranty with up to a 90 mph wind speed warranty.
